"In June, we prepared for our first camping trip. I hooked the trailer up to my truck, checked the lights and started to depart. It was then that I noticed that the trailer would not move. As our first camping trip slowly turned into disaster, I contacted the Smith RV service department and spoke to Nick. He started to go over every possible reason that the brakes were not disengaging, when he determined that the brake control inside my truck had gone bad. I brought the truck to Smith RV that day and spoke to Lane who was well versed with the problem that I had. Nick and Lane started to work on the trailer right away and within moments found that the brake control box had gone bad. They replaced it, assuring me that it was covered under warranty, and had me out of the shop within ten minutes. These gentlemen did in fact turn a bad situation into a very enjoyable weekend. We have traveled to four different states already and are eager to continue to enjoy the world of camping.
One of the reasons that I purchased my travel trailer was due to Phil Moon. He took the time to show us serveral different trailers and answered numerous questions. He was well versed with every type of trailer that was there and compared the different equipment to help us determine which trailer would be best for us. He even entertained my two children, while my wife and I spoke and then reviewed our options. These three people are a true asset to your dealership and should be commended. Today, it is extremely difficult to find employees that are dedicated to their work like these people are. You should be proud to have them as part of your staff. We are lucky to have found Smith RV."

From our first phone call inquiring about an RV everyone was professional, cheerful and helpful. Skip was always available to answer our questions and even provided us his private phone# in case we had questions/problems while using the RV. Tom was extremely infomative when going over all the RV options and how to work everything. I would be comfortable referring friends and family to Smith RV because of Skip and Tom. Will rent from Skip next year!
